Individual results and suitability can vary. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients where they have known allergies or sensitivities.
Where a beauty or cosmetic product is sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, your right to cancel may cease if you break that seal after delivery, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
5. CLOTHING
Product descriptions will provide available sizing and other relevant information where applicable.
Customers should check sizing information before ordering.
Your statutory cancellation and return rights for online purchases remain unaffected by these Terms.
6. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive confirmation that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount due.

7. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges will be shown separately where applicable before you complete checkout.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or where there is an obvious pricing error.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer UK delivery options as displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or discount codes.
Any additional terms attached to a promotion will apply alongside these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used with another promotion.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not unlawfully affect orders already accepted.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product imagery, written content and original designs belonging to The Tipsy Gypsy may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our permission.

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
