Processing Orders

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates apply after dispatch and are provided as a guide.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can investigate.
